Paper Submission:
All paper submissions (either abstract or full length paper) MUST be submitted online at the TIIM website. Upload your paper or abstract to http://www.tiimconference.org by January 15, 2009. All paper submissions (either abstract or full length paper) will undergo a double-blind review process. Notification of acceptance will be sent by February 15, 2009.

Accepted papers are to be included in the TIIM 2009 Conference Proceedings in CD form. Guidelines for the Proceedings are online at TIIM website. Authors of selected full-length papers will be given the opportunity to revise their papers for inclusion in a future issue of 16 sponsored journals (see the list at http://www.tiimconference.org/sponsored_journals.html according to the guidelines for publication and editorial decision as specified in each journal. TIIM registered delegates will have opportunity to meet F2F with editors of these journals as well. Please be advised that abstract-only submissions will not be selected for journal publications.

The TIIM policy requires one unique author to be registered for each paper accepted for presentation and publication. If you are an author or co-author on more then one accepted paper, each paper must have one unique author registration to be accepted for conference presentation and publication.

Conference Venue:
The Westin Grande Sukhumvit, Bangkok (http://www.starwoodhotels.com/westin/property/overview/index.html?propertyID=1446) is the TIIM 2009 official hotel. A block of guestrooms will be held for the TIIM attendees at special discount rates (US $180 per night) for a limited time.

Participant Activities for TIIM 2009:
The TIIM 2009 Program includes an array of refereed paper sessions, several innovative panel sessions, along with Doctoral Students Workshop on Writing Scientific Articles for International Journals (June 16-17, 2009). The Doctoral Students Workshop will run on the first two days of the pre-conference, June 16-17 concluding with a reception. We are also inviting top scholars to attend the reception where doctoral students will have an opportunity to get to know some “names” in our field. More than 300 colleagues from six continents are expected to attend this milestone event.

Affectionately known as “The Land of Smiles”, the Kingdom of Thailand is one of the most fascinating countries in Asia. This reflects on charm and friendly attitude of Thai people. Over the last few decades, Thailand's capital city, Bangkok, has changed into a modern, exciting and sophisticated city. It offers to visitors not only the cosmopolitan amenities they would expect from other big cities, but also a unique treasure trove of cultural attractions. Bangkok offers visitors the opportunity to experience fascinating glimpse of Thailand's gentle culture amidst a great and dynamic metropolis.
